2016 Sauvignon Blanc
Hi Vista Vineyard is managed by Ned Hill, whose family has managed reputable vineyards for generations. Carneros provides for a cool growing season, yielding grapes with soft citrus and melon aromas. While most of the wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant flavors, we also ferment a portion in concrete, then another portion in oak. This allows for rich mouthfeel to develop, nicely complementing the wine's crisp acidity.
