For over twenty years, Peter Haywood has been cultivating award winning fruit in the Mayacamas Mountains. Sprawled across rocky hillside terraces with plenty of sun exposure, the vineyards are the ideal setting for classic Zinfandel. Winemaker Michael Lancaster worked with the fruit to create a restrained and refined expression. Our 2013 vintage displays cranberry fruit and a hint of candied violets amid finely structured tannins.
